Neptune Properties, Inc. was established in 2004 by longtime friends and South Bay legends Jeff Horn and Derek Levy. Jeff and Derek created Neptune Properties with the goal of serving their families, fellow lifeguards, and surfer buddies. Today, Neptune has expanded into a brokerage with over 20 years of experience. We are a South Bay establishment that believes in building an incessant sense of community.
